About the GOG versions:

The level editor is included in the installation of Tomb Raider 4. The Times Exclusive levels are included as well, in the bonus content.

The extra levels in the Gold edition are not included, but you can add them via the guide below:

So basically, all of the extra content expect for the Gold versions of TR 1-3 are included in the GOG versions.

Also i noticed that the GOG versions of some games are being updated and some games' installer sizes being shorter than the older versions e.g Might & Magic 7, which was originally around 800 MB and now it is around 600 MB, Postal 2, originally around 900 MB, now around 1.80 GB, and the M&M 6-Pack originally around 736 MB, now 729 MB. So, what are the changes in the game or the installer when a GOG installer is being updated? Oh, and one file in the DVD ISO of Monkey Island 2: Special Edition and one file in the Clone ISO of Jedi Knight 2: Mysteries of the Sith is missing.
