The title appears to be 極地先鋒, which Google tells me means "Polar Pioneer". I've also asked the guy who submitted the screenshots of that version to WSGF to image the disc.

yeah it's the version and translation we own. But the game speech is still in russian afaik. Taiwanese version should be english (audio and texts) but this is not verified due to lack of gameplay videos of such release. Fokkertism should have already ordered it while we are typing here.

The package came in today. Can confirm, the game is in English (but all the characters have thick Russian accents) and there is no copy protection whatsoever. Tested and fully working on Windows 10, should work on 7 and 8.1.
