Just tested this myself. Had to look up the fix again, as I forgot what I did last time

Inside C:\Program Files (x86)\UberSoldier\Run\platforms
Delete or rename the 3DNow_SSE folder

To skip logo intros which wont play anyway on Windows 10 delete the contents of this folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\UberSoldier\Run\VIDEO

The comment from nucloid must be wrong? 3DNow is an old deprecated CPU instuction set, which even AMD dropped according to wikipedia.

BTW the budget release of the game is a DRM free version from the start. Takes a while to install as the installers are heavy compressed by the publisher.

There is also a video with links to an uncut patch, I believe the replay version is uncensored already though.

Scaryfun uploaded is the old Reloaded release and contains starforce, although if you apply the crack from the start I dont think the starforce driver should get installed.

EDIT:
After testing both my 3900X system and 4790k system, only the 3900x system required the removal of 3DNow_SSE folder, which is kinda odd.

I dont know, I don't believe the patch is needed as the budget release of the game already contains blood.

Have Download the Budget Release from 3D Shooter Legends.

Have install it normal.

Do this have Starforce ? Is in the Run folder on the CD the Crack ?

The budget release dont have any protection, so there is no need for a crack.

Just launch the game from the desktop shortcut.

If you are having issues try the solution mentioned in the first post.
