This game works , but only in Winxp Sp2 by using a drive hider or registry editing and removing of your drive ... in Vista\Win7\Win8\Win10 this game will not run since this version uses Safedisc ... but "Fugitive Hunter - War on Terror" the same game but published under a different name has only a simple CD check and a crck

Early crack has been made. Thanks to MrPepka for sending me it and the folks over at old-games.ru. Credits to vitlgt for the modified Russian crack (LASTOFASS)

Russian ISO and NOCD, English ISO and modified NOCD.

Same instructions apply.

1. Install the game
2. Copy Optical drive:\FMV_PC into the main game folder C:\Program Files (x86)\America's 10 Most Wanted
3. Copy AMW10.exe from archive into C:\Program Files (x86)\America's 10 Most Wanted\MAKE\
4. Apply graphical fix as needed.

Still somewhat bugged.
The actual ingame mission objectives remains in English though. Here it should say capture the other terrorists first or something similar, been a long time since I played the game.

Tried it in my Win10 64bit VM which i did the force safedisc driver to be loaded trick

Yeah yeah, at least I got the game working in both my VM and Desktop Win10 64bit system, with the safedisc driver signature method. So it is solved for me Went back to the original protected exe.

A proper NOCD is finally out, it been almost 20 years, I don't believe the game ever got a NOCD until this year.
