Possible fix

There is a bug with either Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% which causes Windows explorer to crash. In order to fix it I had to disable all shell extensions for Alcohol 120%, or else Daemon tools would cause explorer to crash when browsing the default Documents\Alcohol 120% folder with images.

I'm not sure if anyone else have experienced this, but it happened on multiple computers that I own.

There is also this tool that you can use to get a list of shell extensions.

i just run it in WM on winxp, works better then in Win10 ...

I wonder if either program will get an update soon, there has been quite a few Windows preview build since the last version of either program.

The programs are relics of the past these days. When was the last time a game strictly used Disc based protection? I guess console games still does.. but on the PC side?
