I had some problems with this site, too. I had to activate cookies and javascript.
It seems they are verifying the IP address so one has to access this site with the real IP address or with an anonymous/socks proxy because they check the "HTTP_FORWARDED_FOR" header entry. Some OCHs do the same (e.g. "secureupload.eu")

Yeah, I noticed that some months ago. I'm member of another community where all our uploads use Gamefront, so everything is blocked. Not anymore
