Second largest of the 3D hentai game producers Teatime (and it's subsidiary Fulltime) makers of 'Underoid' among many other games, have closed up shop after being assimilated by 3D hentai game behemoth Illusion.

I guess that Illusion ran out of fresh ideas and decided it would be better to swallow up other eroge companies for their talent pool in order to produce the next crop of releases. Their last release, Premium Play Darkness (プレミアムプレイ～ダークネス～) is a different (Truly darker) cry from the days of the Sexy Beach and Artificial Girl series of games. I'd like to see Sexy Beach 5 (If you count Sexy Beach Zero as Sexy Beach 4) or Artificial Girl 4 rather than more "dark" eroges. I guess that time will tell how Illusion utilizes Teatime/Fulltime's staff. I would hate to think that Illusion bought them out just to shut them down - That would be a shame!
