These are great news!
I was thinking some time ago why there is no such emulator yet, but in practice I never did search for it.
There are Windows 3.x game packs on internet archive:

I hope that Wine will work on Windows someday, so we will be able to even play old not compatible 32-bit games on newer Windows (yes I know compatibility mode and other tricks but they are not working with any game):

I haven't heard about Windows 3, there is a emulator that's in development, that's is great to hear, i hope they had games for windows 3!!! :D

Win3mu turned open-source, since dev has no time to work with it, he put the source code public for the community to improve! Needs to be compiled first, but good news either way :mrgreen:
