Can we upload steam clean files for games with (working) cracks such as SmartSteamEmu etc (obtained from places like cs.rin.ru), or do we only upload scene releases and repacks?

Well, to each their own. But think of it this way:

- if you upload an iso of a game with either the crack in "Crack / SceneGroupName" folder, or the crack isn't even part of the iso, isn't it the exact thing as uploading clean steam files in archive 1 and a preconfigured emu in archive 2? Either way you're grabbing the game and need to apply crack to it.

Personally, _I_ choose to upload precracked stuff for others' convenience, but to be honest, it's only natural to expect from our visitors to know the absolute basics of warezzing, including oldwarezzing - namely that sometimes you need to copy over a crack or otherwise follow the nfo to get to play.
