How to get the mod running (from this page: http://steamcommunity.com/app/2910/disc ... 031270499/)

install fleet command
delete the database and scenario folders
run the installer (1.92 bugfix version) with UAC off
open the graphics folder, search for CmpUtil.exe
run it (as admin if required)
after that, search for the following file : NWP.bat
run it (once again, if required, as admin)
let it take its time to finish
once finished, you should be able to play the game.
