when contacting friends on buddy-lists (ICQ,Yahoo,MSN s.s.on),you sometime may get one of these nasty inpredictable errors:

solution to the prob?:
Toss that firewall

Alternatively, disable that ZoneAlarm IM Security, or set the protection level to Low
