Hello Scaryfun!
I'm not sure with only PC games But maybe it never come out? That's because I wrote it to console fps. I think there are a few Buffy games, but never played one.
Yes, i use torrents. Search since 3 weeks, but until now i found none for pc, ps1 or ps2.
PS.: Sorry the pc game its canceled...

Funny, since I got a Wii, I've been after the GameCube version of Buffy: Chaos Bleeds. Though I'm a fan of the series, I liked the game for its atmosphere and setting being true to the franchise, yet somehow can't get myself to play it further. 
Probably would have played it if it was a PC game though. I hate consoles.
