Postal 2 Question

Is the share the pain iso just a muliplayer addon for postal 2 or does it also contain the full single player postal 2 content?
Lol I saw some gameplay on a documentary last night - game is banned in lots of countrys and it's even illegal to have in your possesion a copy of the game in Australia. Better be careful with this one.

Postal² + 1.337 patch = Share The Pain without multplayer. And nothing about Manhunt 2 in Australia yet...? That sucks what's happening to that game.

I believe there's a bit more added to the SP game than just the 1337 patch. I could be wrong.

Well I played a lot Postal², then install the 1337 patch and notice that differences :

New Weapon of Mass Destruction
New Insano & They Hate Me modes
New Underhub & Tora Bora maps
Faster load times!

And maybe more. In P²STP those same enhancements are there with the MP mode. As we can read here :

No, I meant there's more to the singleplayer in StP (I think) than the 1337 Patch.
