I heard it's the E3 2007 demo, with the 1st Stalker menu. Maybe it's just Clear Sky maps in stalker.

I heard the contrary. And I add it has the same HUD as the 1st Stalker, and you can play only one level : Swaplands.
Of course I can't be sure about those infos since I haven't tested the demo myself.

No. Even if it's a "demo" it's illegal to download it since it's a leaked demo, from 2007.
