my video card is GTS250, and I use 337.58 and 197.52 driver, both new and old ,but still run with 22FPS only
so here is the question:
is the game only support 22FPS?

OK, this VideoCard is only for the old games
Spyhunter: Nowhere to run I thought it was an old game............
it is the old game ,is that right?
published in 2003 and GTS250 in 2009
there is no sence that GTS250 can not handle this game

this game needs
Pentium IV 1.8 GHz, 1 GB RAM, graphic card 256 MB (GeForce 6600 or better)
so you could say
http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.ph ... 0GTS%20250
his card is similar to Radeon HD 4770
your card would run this ... if you would be on WinXP SP2 ...
dunno about Win7 ... but win10 dx12 has awful dx9c backward compatibility "emulation"

It's a fact that Spyhunter: Nowhere to Run was released in 2009. You're confusing with Spyhunter (2003) which is the first in the series.
