This one particular site is apparently the ONLY place on the entire web that has original disk images of the second Wing Commander II expansion pack, Special Operations 2. The problem is, the site also has a bizarre and extremely inconvenient form of 'initiation', whereby you need to gain 'points' by either uploading images yourself (this act is worth 10 points) or submitting a 300-word-minimum-length review of a game of your choice (also worth 10 points). Once you reach 50, you can download exactly one file per point, or possibly more if you keep earning points.
This is a long shot, but would anyone here happen to have a valid account account with this website, along with full download privileges? If no one does, then I'll obviously have to start writing some reviews then...

The SHA1 hash helped - found that this title was added into the MAME 0.190 support roster (this commit) as Missing or Not Working (one of the two 
), and that those exact images are expected in wngcm2s2.zip 
Unfortunately the only place that complete zip was found and shared also requires registration (and hopefully nothing else) since it's an attachment (the one above it BTW is Special Operations 1 
) 
If this alternate turns out correct, please mirror both expansions here as well (or someone else do that instead 
)
