Not sure if it will be the patched version... I guess someone will make a community patch tailored for the steam version anyway, so It might not be a huge issue.

The Russian translation was done by Russobit, so that might be one of the reasons it ain't included. The developer in question is also Ukrainian, so that would be another reason.

Also missing Czech, Polish and Hungarian localization which I guess was made by the local distributors in the respective countries rather than any kind of a big publisher. Not sure how good those were.
