After a bit of reflection I guess I'll expand my list a little bit....

Led Zeppelin
Genesis (Principally Peter Gabriel period)
Gentle Giant
Jethro Tull
Supertramp (A bit pop but really good)
King Crimson
Emerson Lake and Palmer

and a bit of

Nirvana
AC/DC
Jimi Hendrix

I really like bands from Sweden and Finland etc. like...Dimmu Borgir, Children of Bodom, and a new jem I've just found, Nightwish. Quite awesome.
