Unfortunately, loki m8 such a file doesnt exist. Do u know where I can get it from or do u know any other way 2 make the game work?

I am new here. The first game I decided 2 download was Unreal Tournament - as my PC is an old one ( 400 MHz , 8 MB V-RAM , some unknown sound card ...etc...)-
Anyways,
After I downloaded UT I un-rared all files and then - as it was written in the readme file - I had to run REBUILD.EXE ...
