I was in search for old Fallout 3 version without DLC's and with 'Games for Windows Live' support.

If this Revolution (2002), check "...\Revolution\Save\" folder. Is there any save files?
No?! Should be Admin permission problems.
Save files there! Try apply compatibility to all save files. Apply same compatibility to all game .exe's (is just 1 or more, i don't know?!)
