Nagomibako Innocent Grey Fandisc
The post announces the japanese CD images plus the english translation patch, but the link to the translation points to information about the work ALMOST finished and the patch doesn't seem currently available (translation 100% completed, text editing in progress). It seems that it will be necessary to keep an eye on the work of this translation team to update the link with the completed translation patch.

Ah, thought it was released already. I saw "Translation and programming are 100% done." But seems they're still working on stuff before it releases. Sorry.
