You take the role of a reporter in this free German advergame for the Federal Press Office. You have a total of six days to get out the next edition of the newspaper. Your task is to visit the institutions and places of the city and to ask the citizens about various topics. This should be done in the context of three current issues of the day. When an accident happens, then to visit the accident site and the local hospital is the good choice. Topics that may affect the labor market on the other hand you should go to the employment office for comments on unemployment. The game offers a number of different topics and there are plenty of visitable places. To make matters worse, you can only visit ten places on one day and can provide the interviewee only two questions per visit. This trick is to simulate the stress of time a reporter faces, and makes the game more challenging. The issues of the day are not only the former political discussions to be addressed - but also drug addiction, unemployment, violence and the full range of local politics, ones so often found in the daily journals. The authors of the game have managed to produce a high level of authenticity. |
