Writer and artist Andrey Bilzho created this folk hero who is really loved by many different segments of the population, from the janitor to the Minister. The author has mastered all media, with appearnces on the pages of "Izvestia" and "Kommersant". Now he has a website, and at the same time tries an entirely new genre - in computer games. The game came up with its own language "plastiranto" to use. There is material enough in the idiocy of Petrovichas well as many other equally colorful characters.
