This fascinating quest is based on the modern youth internet comedy "Hottabych." The protagonist - a young man named Gene - is a programmer, an advanced hacker and adventurer. He's a good guy, but he's in serious trouble - he managed to hack the site of the corporation "Makrohard" and kidnap on a virtual auction an antique jug. Because of these "feats", raging bandits began hunting him, and even security officers came on his trail ... To save Gene could only be a miracle, and it happened! He was lucky to meet Hottabych - a nice genie, who was three thousand years in the magic jar and ready to pay for the release with granting three desires. But the good old man was just in as bad a lot, as his lord. And even magical powers of Hottabych barely are enough to get out of trouble falling on them.
