A boy finds himself in a peculiar situation after being bitten by a vampire girl. To find her, he must follow her clues through the small town of Coffington. But what is our hero truly seeking? It's a beautiful and macabre tale of sin, justice, damnation, vampires and love, in which a young boy is bitten by a vampire girl and attempts to seek answers. Taking around 15 minutes to complete, the artwork and atmosphere in Shih Ho is superb, with the dark, claustrophobic visuals making you feel like you’re traipsing through an place just on the borders between life and death. Your character stumbles through the small town of Coffington in a wide-eyed, open-mouthed, almost zombified state, discovering dark secrets and following a trail of clues to ultimately find 'her'. It's a very stylish and dark tale with some interesting twists and turns – an eerie and captivating vampiric adventure. It's also telling that the deciphered meaning of the Chinese Hexagram "Shih Ho" means – without justice harmony is unattainable. |
