This is a free fantasy adventure made with AGS, where a young archer must embark on a quest through a magical winter realm to stop a fiercesome ice-dragon. Only a young archer has the determination -and the wits - to end his wicked reign of terror. Help Rose through this epic quest. Along her way she must wander through snowy ruins, past frozen villagers and knights-errant, in a surreal and hauntingly empty landscape. She matches wits with sasquatches, evil gnomes and a mentally unstable witch on her quest, and eventually faces the dragon down in an epic showdown of wit versus raw power. This game features handpainted backgrounds, intriguing characters and over a hundred animations. This game has a sombre mood, which is augmented by some of Vivaldi's music. There is quite a bit of subtle humour. Special features are a perpetual snow storm, footprints wherever you walk and the pioneering effort with the "retry" function. |
