You Don't Know Jack Louder! Faster! Funnier! Berkeley Systems, Jellyvision Games, Inc. / Sierra On-Line, Inc. 2000

Get ready for the CD-ROM game show where high culture and pop culture collide. This edition combines many "shows" from the Net Show internet version of the game as well as all new episodes and some new question types. This wacky, off-the-wall game of skill and timing requires you to answer questions of varying difficulty and types in order to become the number one player. You begin by entering your name and choosing an episode with a specific theme. Themes range from "all-nude" to "toys" to "marriage." Once in the game, you answer questions ranging from bizarre to lewd and they always link, in some way, to the theme you chose at the start. Each of the questions is worth an amount of money, usually ranging from $1000 to $10,000 (points). Some questions require you to buzz-in with one of four possible answers; the object when playing with friends or opponents, of course, is to beat them to the buzz-in. Some questions require a different task other than just picking a correct answer. The "Wendithap'n" category requires you to decide whether an event happened after, before or never, in relation to another event. An example: "Man lands on the moon" -- "Basketball is invented." You must determine whether basketball was invented before or after man landed on the moon. Other types of questions require you to put lists in order and fill in the blanks. It involves plenty of humor supplemented by sounds and goofy images, a crazy game show host and some wacky commercials. The irreverent fun extends to gameplay as you have the ability to "screw" your opponent during a question by forcing them to answer. The game contains more than 1,000 questions in total.
