It has an SFV, this is useful for making sure there are not errors in the files, if after you've tested the files and they come back a-ok, it means that your archive extractor is out of date and needs to be updated, if not then you have a legitimate complaint. Merely changing the place that it is hosted at will not ensure that the files are ok or will extract for you.
For example, I use QuickPar for sfv verification. It's probably not the fastest but it's a dual use program...it will also repair files if you have a par/par2 set for the archive/file in question. It's also free.
