Can smb help me?

I downloaded yesterday Daikatana from this site, download everything to play, but still cant download special patch 1.2 for RIP version, it says "All download slots (500) assigned to your country (Russian Federation) are in use. Please try again later." Can somebody help me, upload it someplace else?

Another problem: missing file "pack1.pak".

Replacing EXE will not help. this is why there is a special patch. made by me.
