TEKWAR won't run - "TEKWAR CD not found"

I download CUE image, uploaded by I_AM.
What i try:
1. mount by alcohol
2. burn to cd
3. boot from ms-dos 7.1
4. boot from ms-dos 6.2
5. install on fat32 and fat16 drives
6. install to custom and default directory (CAPSTONE\TEKWAR)
7. update to ver1.01

still no luck. after playing intro directly from cd game executable back to dos with error message - not found tekwar cd

any ideas? maybe broken image? someone already try to run this one?
