I've seen the Special Force 2 comentary here in 3D Shooter Legends, but without download links available.

The game seems that can be downloaded from here:

They note that:
Question: Is it Haram to download the game?
Answer: We've had a long discussion on this topic. We think that you should donate some money to a mosque or Hizb'Allah, if you do not have the opportunity to buy the game. If you do have the opportunity, THAN BUY THE GAME !
I've not tried the download links that they offer, though.
