cjb.net blocks access to Legends World Sites

Post by SwedeBear »

It´s more than annoying! Using the links above right takes me to the place where I want to go. Mostly Adventure Legends. But only for a couple of moments. I get a ad on layer without any chance to 'Skip this Ad' which use to be on a link somewhere, at least. Anyone else sharing this trouble, or better; know a solution other than try the 6x.to-domain manually each time?

I´m on FF 3.0.6/OS 10.4.11 (Mac).

See http://www.legendsworld.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=8106

I use an IE favorite-link to switch to AL...

EDIT: LOL, it OK now suddenly - only this morning it didn't work

It´s bloody ridiculous! :-x

In Firefox 3 this Ad is taking over with no "Skip this AD"-button/link. But when firing up Safari and pasting link in, it doesn´t even change to 'full-window-ad'!

And here I am praising FF over Safari, well, well, well… ;-)

On Google Chrome, it suppresses all poups. On IE it triiggers popup and I have to click skip this ad as well, but a pop-up blocker would probably prevent this as well.

On Opera 9.24 in WinXP, I don't get any pop-ups.

I'll make some others for Adventure Legends as well soon.

Oh, I can just edit my bookmark to circumvine[sp?] this kind of obstacles. It´s just so f*cking annoying. :(

Or I could just start to use Safari… ;)
Thanks anyway!

…or, on the third hand; you can install Adblock Plus in FF and get rid of that pesky ad layer! It worked right out of the box; just paste the url for ad source and; voila! Nothing in my way when heading for Adventure Legends! ;)
