Towers of Darkness ISO - Heretic, Hexen and Deathkings

Hello!

I was uncertain whether to post this but the problem is so bizzare I thought it'd be worth a shot, I downloaded the Towers of Darkness ISO compilation which has Heretic, Hexen and the Deathkings expansion jam packed into one would you believe it! Unfortunately after unpacking everything I get this weird B6I file of which the format I've never even heard of which comes to a total of 748MB. I'm unable to convert it with ISOBuddy, I'm sure I've got this working before as I recall downloading this years ago.

Any advice?

The file is a BlindWrite v6 image, which you can burn with BlindWrite. Or you can mount it in DAEMON Tools or Alcohol.
