The downloads are just before the photos usually, under the two rectangular ads. Korean sites historically only play nice with IE, so keep that in mind if you have troubles with other browsers.

Assorted titles: This one might be tough; lots of newer titles mixed in here, and most of the titles are written phonetically in Korean. Google Translate does well here: "사일런트 힐 4 " = Silent Hill 4, for example.

So many MAME roms, not sure whether all of them are updated for the latest build though.

edit: holy balls, they have PC port of SD Gundam G Generation too (albeit in Korean, obviously)

Hopefully it's just temporary. The last time I visited last month there hasn't been any new content or whatsoever however. Good thing I've managed to salvage some precious stuff before then.

Took more than 3 months but the http://nemo838.tistory.com/ site is back now. Looks like they are gradually adding back content now, might take awhile before it gets back to where it was before.

so it is illegal.

I tried another game and it worked without leaving a comment or vote. But honestly it used to be like that in the beginning, then it ceased to work for some reason. I don't know hangŭl but I noticed there are points (gold) / rpg style progression level system

in the account page, I don't know if every uploader can set specific download rules for his own uploads or if there is some sort of limit of downloads or what else. I hate these frickin weird chinese/korean bbs but this one is becoming quite cool for finding some unique things.
