I had problems with disappearing mouse during QTE or Exploration (Ch 3 - Seq 9, Ch4 - Seq 9). Sometimes missing QTE action icons too (Ch4 - Seq 8). Game is patched to use internal Lua engine. Problems went away for me. :)
