Did you tried installing these patches? Cause i received error on 1gb patch, version wrong and etc... Will try again today.

1. Install game
2. Patch 1.6.5.
3. Patch 1.65 -> 1.7
4. Patch 1.8 (inkl. Sprache)
5.Patch 1.9 (mit Speechupdate)
6.Patch 1.10 (mit Speechupdate)
7. And lastly, the (one and only) English translation mod!

Steps 2-3 are not necessary. More then this, game won't update to 1.8 with this patches installed. So i've installed game, and then 1.8 and all worked fine. Then i applied 1.9 and 1.10 and viola:

Copy protection also was removed, so after all patches you don't need to keep image.

Ye, its better to remove 2. Patch 1.6.5. 3. Patch 1.65 -> 1.7 patches from pack and correct manual.
