Severance Blade of Darkness corrupt ISO?

Hello, I am trying to play Severance Blade of Darkness, a game uploaded by Egon68.
the resulting file after extracting is in mdf/mds format, that of Alcohol.
I however cannot seem to get this image of the game to function with any mounting program, (alcohol 120%, Daemon Tools, Magic Disc)
and I also cannot seem to burn a working copy using any of the programs I have that recognize this format.
Can someone help me?
Whenever I try to mount the image I get an "error in command line" message or Alcohol giving me and invalid image format message.
A burnt copy using Alcohol didn't work either.

I've downloaded and tested that image. It mounts fine here in Alcohol 120% v2.0.3.8806. The installation of the game also went fine.

Hello, Shattered...
I have tried re-downloading the aforementioned upload of this game and when I try to mount it with Alcohol 120% v. 1.9.2 I get an error message stating that the file is not accessible.
Is this because my version of Alcohol is older?
I have tried mounting mds/mdf files from different game uploads and they work fine on any virtual drive program that I have installed (daemon tools, Magic ISO)
Does any of this info help?

That could be the problem indeed. v1.9.2 is very old (from 2004) and a lot has changed since then, so consider doing an update.

Hello, again...
I fixed the problem I was having with this game by using MagicISO to convert the .MDF file into a BIN/CUE format.
After conversion the resulting images mounted and ran perfectly.
