In order for this to work on Windows 7 64bit you need to install flashplayer_ax from below.

The flash players on the disc are highly outdated and questionable. I suspect the installer and game files might be purposely infected, hard to say for sure. Avast did react to them on my main system, as I tried to installer it there first...
