SiN ISO

I've downloaded and "installed" the SiN ISO (DustyRose). The folder contains Sin.mdf, Sin.mds, two MSInfo docs and a crack. No exe-file or apparent launch application can be found. I'm probably missing something, inexperienced as I am, but what now? What's the magic trick?

thos MD* files are CD IMAGES.
use alcohol120% as freakboy suggested, or, AFAIR, daemon-tools can mount it, too....

Ah, didn't realise that sin.mdf had to be an image file (silly me). Games X Copy did the trick.
