Thief 3 problem

i downloaded the technic rip and when i try to start the game

nothing happens no error message nothing just nothing but the cpu usage
is constant at 100 percent

i had this game before and i worked fine now it doesnt works i dont get that anybody knows why ?

...any new forceware drivers installed? Anything else changed till now?

+ this game need windows xp and a video card with a pixel shader 2.0 to run

i have XP pro and i have a card that is able to run pixel shader 2.0

i already played that game on my pc but not the rip i had the game from a video store and it worked fine but the technic rip doenst 8(

Unpack the TECHNiC rip again, and you'll need a Pixel Shading 1.1 to 1.4
capable VC (the same goes for "Pariha" and "Deus EX: Invisible War").
Also try to press the "ESC" keyboard before it happens, if it dosen't work
becuase it's a RiP, try to download the ISO (3 cd's) from some p2p
network.
