Nvdia Stereoscopic 3D
Has anyone tried this. It's only recently arrived in Australia and I just got a kit. It looks great on some games and not so good on others. Far Cry and Halo 2 look fantastic. If anyone has used it yet any tips suggetions on how best to use it set it up much appreciated.

Thx hfric - Yes the Resident evil 5 looks absolutely amazing in 3D - (Virtual reality).
The only problem I have with using it is that It won't run on XP so I have to use my dual boot Vista . Until now I rarely use Vista - I just hate the look and feel of Vista and the way it won't let you always do what you want. I haven't tried W7 yet but it sounds as though its just like a Vista SP2.

turn off Aero and UAC ( http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows- ... ows-vista/ ) and Vista will look and feel like winxp ....eeee kinda Winxp takes like 289mb total from my 2 gig with all programs , but Vista oh boy... takes like 680mb ONLY TO RUN
add drivers and it takes 890mb of total 2gig just to run the system
WTF??!!! and thats with aero and other shitty things turned off
when i tell about this on Vista forums they flame me for being a noob not knowing about Superfetch a memory management program that makes this system the best ever .... my answer to they arogant comments its allways like "IF vista is so super duper then Why Win7 , then why dx9c games run 20 fps slower then on winxp , then why each game has "you need 1gig more ram on Vista to run games then on winxp" in they system requirements" "after this they all just STFu

Thanks for the tip - yes Vista is more than annoying . It wouldn'y let me install Call Of Juarez. UAC turned off - logged on as Administrator and I took ownership of every C drive folder (hidden and visible). It installed up to the point of creating a shortcut in the start menu - where it then said I didn't have permission and Install aborted rolling back all chnges.
A proper fully functioning Diretx 10 for Xp would be great.

Thanks for sharing jjim
Looks kinda' cool, but my monitor and TV don't meet the said requirement, and I can't afford to upgrade
As for Vista, I use it all the time and have had no issues. I have a dual-boot with Win XP Pro 64 and Vista Ultimate 32-bit (no service packs) and I am incredibly happy with this setup, and have had no problems playing any games. I have a fairly low-end system - AMD x2 3800 2.01 Ghz, 4 GB RAM and a Geforce 9600 GT, but I can play Stalker SHoC under Vista in 1280*1024 with full dynamic lighting and max. details, all cool weather effects etc., and it never drops a frame.

Well I finally managed to Install COJ . When the prompt saying that I didn't have permission to add a shortcut to the start menu appeared, I browsed to the game start menu directory and took ownership then pressed retry - still same message - 2 more repeats of this process and It finally installed. This is with UAC turned off and logged in and running as administrator.
