Cant Change my Avatar ?

hi i tried to change my avatar but i always get an error that sounds like this

"Anti Spam registraition validation"

my new image is 68x80 pixels and less than 20kb

i already readed the FAQ and theres something written about asking the Admin to activate the new image ??

or am i doing something wrong ?

I just tried to change my own avatar & that worked just fine. There might have been a server glitch?
