From their forum:

We didn't want to do it, but some folks that tried to use our host as a file dump forced us to set the hard limit. You can't upload file larger than 2 megabytes now.
If anyone needs larger file for some legitimate reason (e. g. importing big database dump), feel free to ask support do it for you.

Notice to everyone who already uploaded large files: those files may get deleted within a day or two.
