i want to know how its really about the games and how they get rated in usa in germany its

18 years
i dont know what its like in the usa
i know a few that exist over there
like
T = teen
the next i dont know
then RP what the hell means RP ?
then Mature = 18 years i guess ?
and one game lol and really the one and only game i cant remember anymore but its postal 2 has a rating ive never seen on any other game
but i cant remember the short version

Basically, the voluntary anonymous organization ESRB board gets a screening of the game's "most offensive" moments, then judge via descriptors and rating in a survey for the attending critics.
In the US, the M rating is just 17+, AO (Adults only) is 18+ and is much restricted in public sales.
RP means "Rating Pending", which means it has not recieved a rating from the ESRB yet.
