How do I rip games?

I could upload Rainbow Six 3 and the expansion if someone tells me how to do it...

Upload a game and you'll get access to the tools section that contains a ripping tutorial.

How can I upload something if I don't know how?

First you will need to find a host?
then cut the game up into smaller files ...if it a iso make a image of it a use winrar to cut it up into 15mb,10mb or 5mb....
then upload to your host...
then send the links to the admin......
then they will do there little job ....ie link it to the website...
and that it ....easy yeah
