Thief:The Deadly Shadows .. No Briefing??

ok when i click on VIEW BRIEFING , in the first mission the screen flashes for one sec and then nothing happens .. even in the ISO!!

It was a stupid game so i'am not gonna continue with it anywayz!! .. but anxious to know about this thing!!

My friend, the game is not stupid. It takes some time to get used to its environment and genre. You'll never see the light of day and should always avoid being a hero and jumping in front of your enemies like Superman. So please take your time and play the tutorial as it is of vital importance in learning the game moves. I've been a gamer for my whole life (I'm 24) and have NEVER played any game with such strong story and turn of events. Yes... you don't have any rifles or sub-machineguns but it only adds to the beauty of this game. I venture to call it the BEST GAME EVER. You'll get used to it.

About the flashing problem:
It's caused by running Windows Media Player before playing the game. I have no idea how to remove the problem permanently but if you turn on the PC, run any program you like EXCEPT WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER, the problem will be gone.
[hmmm,I can see that without having seen the Intro, the game wouldn't mean much]
