Galerians NTSC-ING region code?

Hi,

as for console games NTSC-U stands for US,NTSC-J for japanese,NTSC-C for canadian,PAL for european game regions but what does NTSC-ING stands for

?Found some games with (Galerians NTSC-ING) but couldnt figure out any code to it.

I googled it and found it on Spanish sites, so most likely it's ING for Ingles which means English.
