Deus Ex (2000) FIX ? ? ?

hi first,

right now i play deus ex and i have to say its a cool game

ok now to my question

i downloaded all the addons and the fix but then i reconized
that the fix overwrites the files that come with the speech addon

so when i extracted that fix over the speech files i couldnt hear any speech sounds anymore

so i extracted the speech addon once again and speech was back there

so my question is is that fix just a fix for people who dont have the speech addon or what ?

There were at least 3 fixes for this rip (2 by MYTH, 1 by DD) but none of them is needed if you got the speech addon.
