Yeah, some are compilations...Duke The Apocalypse 2 too.
There's other cheap level collections taken off early internet collections of fan-made levels also but unless someone has an upload of it, there's not much point documenting them all and cluttering up the site with so many.
Same goes for all these Russian releases of sticking a mod with retail game and packaging it as cd.
The Level 14 pack for Shadow Warrior would be nice if someone had that to share, given that there aren't any other mission packs for that game.
