Xbox 360 Core System or Premium System ? ? ?

hi i have a question

cause im about to buy the 360 but i really cant make a decision if i buy
the core system or the premium one

what i mean is if i would buy the core system then i would need a memory card too for 30-40 euro

so i would pay 330-340 euro

but if i get the premium one i could have a HD with 20GB included
wireless pad etc etc...

so what would you do ?

and here we go again one more question
since now i couldnt figure out if a AV SCART cabel (for usual TV`s since i dont have a HD one)

is included in BOTH versions ! because i read something about a AV SCART cabel that makes better image quality but costs extra money about 30 euro

if you know something about it plz answer thx

now my last question ! (yes i know i asked that before ;D )

i dont know or lets say i cant decide what/which games i will buy

i tendent to

1: GHOST RECON ADVANCED WARFIGHTER 1 + CONDEMNED (would cost me something about 70 euro cause those games are as far as i know both already CLASSIC games...

2: GEARS OF WAR

so what would you buy ?

1. remember to buy also extra fan addon for xbox360 its so crapy manufactured that i am on my 6 machine - now moded the hell out off it with water cooling system and a mod chip , the main problem is it Overheats after 2 months , even when not your drive will get bonkers after 2-3 months (thats why the rubber band trick) - conclusion WHAT A PILE OF CRAP , looks like the new gen of consoles are so jealous of PCs that they must mimic them { xbox games now need patches over the net , bios updates , consoles stand in the same position like a PC case etc. WTF i miss the days of PSX put in your cd and play

}

2.SCAR is another example of forcing people to move to other standards , ok i can understand EURO cable - they where made for lazy people / read easy set up plug and play . This remembers my cable company gave all free decoders writing on the contract that they have EURO cable , BuT no all had ONLY SCAR - WTF OVER 90% people living here don`t have SCAR that are only on 21" TVs or LCDs ...

3.Xbox360 is a crapy console that only has GFX , it loves to freeze on every game for two reasons IT uses VIRTUAL memory , cache stored on the HDD {its gets hot ass hell after 2 h of gaming /read games that use Hdd/} and the overheating of the Processor , that can lead to drying up the thermal paste on it and then puff RED RING OF DEATH

4.Don`t know if it was only me or my fight with the techs from M$ , but they kinda made me the spoke person of finding bugs in this console , after my fifth machine broke (LOL its funny working for M$ as Marketing adviser atlest its a job ), Oh and learn witch lights mean what , the main Xbox360 power on button consist of 4 leds that will show you what is wrong {Hdd , procesor , GFx , Heat}

OK so now back to your question , Pick the premium pack but remember to buy also :
* a controller that has a cable , the wire less has some frequency problems with my 2 mobile phones :/ must turn them off if i want to use this controller
* a fan addon that will cool the console

Remember to get the new 2007 line that has a new dvd drive but still is missing a fan in the case

so the fan addon is a must , don`t buy yet the hd-drive addon the returns of them are pretty nasty o and extended your warranty when you buy it, yeah i know its kinda weird and awkward to only give 180 days for this type of crapy console .

If you buy one of the fan addons be careful which one you get. The ones that take their power from the power socket may destroy your 360 rather than saving it. It needs to draw it's power from the USB socket if you get one at all.

You can see the power socket is left exposed at the bottom so the device is using USB power.

I bought the Premium pack and the wireless pad is really nice IMO, but you do need the "Play and Charge" pack for it really. I use that to charge the pad on my PC USB when I'm not playing it

And you get the headset which is nice if you intend to play on Live alot, although it seems the least well built part of the package, pretty flimsy feeling.

Yeah, the Nyko is one of the problem ones causing burns like this:

I read somewhere about somebody having burned out a couple of 360's before figuring out it was the cooler causing it.

Better that if your 360 dies you be able to change it than have Ms refuse to change it because of having used one of those.

Well this is useful info - I was looking at getting a 360 after reseaeching how to play "backed up"

games. With the trouble of needing to buy a special samsung dvd rom to read discs and a pioneer burner to burn discs it looked feasable - but if the console is likely to pack up after a few months with no warranty - as warranty is void after opening the console to mod it - I think I'll wait until the ps3 is cracked. Thx for the heads up.

Jjim every console has bugs ,
Wii for instance has 3 bugs :
*there is no disk tray , ok the disk will be not scratched like in the xbox360 when you move your console and get the SILVER DEATH RING over you dvd but it ejects the DVD whenever it likes like a tennis ball thrower machine
*the Wii controller is great if you sit down and only move a inch with it and not trow it into you TV because of the broken strap or too glitchy hands
*the the sensor bar only takes power , but they didn`t wrote in the manual you must make pauses because if its turned on for long it will short circut

PS3 well for now it only has 1 bug :
*Blu-ray playback pausing {allready fixed with a net patch}
*and some playback problems

As you see the only good HD generation console now is PS3 it has no faulty construction , only 2 bugs that where only found playing blue ray movies that already where fix with a firmware update , no overheating problems hmm ... Well maybe Xbobx360 lunched one year early but the customers where the Beta Testers

i think that problem with the overheating of the xbox 360
is depending on some important factors

what i want to say is that...i think it highly depends on in which kind of place you put
your xbox 360 when you put it in a tight place where no air is circulating

then its sure that it gets pretty hot and overheats
but if you put it in a place where air is constantly circulating
and thats relativly cool

then that shouldnt be a problem thats worth to name it
at least i guess that

because 2 friends of mine buyed that console since it was out
and the console from one of them was <i>fudge</i> after 2-3 months

and now i dont wonder why because i still remember that his console
was in a definitly HOT place where no air was circulating at least not that much like it should be...

but i think such a cooler addon is a good decision in any case
i will buy the 360 for sure
